[NEBULA] Nebular portal shows 3 APs with no data

How come the Nebula portal sudden shows no clients or AP data for 3 of our APs?

    This situation is usually happens when NCC was not able to collect statistical data from your devices during the time being.
    There is an interval of which the server collects statistical information such as LAN IP , client info , usage etc. If it somehow fails to collect, maybe due to brief network disconnections or in some occurrence while the server is busy, you will notice some parameters will not show the information.
    Usually this will recover after 5-10 minute when the next collection finishes, you'll be able to see the data again.

    I once saw the same but after some minutes it was all fine...Good to know the reasons!
