zyxel air new update

Zyxel air no longer works with Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra after update. As going to add logon informations the app shuts down. Any idea why this happens?

    Yeah looks like the same for me (Galaxy A54 5G). It opens straight away to the camera now to scan QR code. If you click Help, there is then another link for "manual login". Click that and similarly it shuts down. There is an email of [email protected] on the app page in the Store. I'll email that and see what happens!

    The same with Samsung Galaxy A23 5G dual SIM, is finishing work when I'm trying to chose manual configuration at first start after the update. I didn't try to show him a QR code.

    I also see that the app is immediately closed after clicking "manual login".

    Is it just a Samsung problem or what, i have the same issue, S23 Ultra…..

    I experience the manual login crashing issue too since update. I can see reviews of the app since this update on Google Play page also report this. Please fix app developers,

    Has anyone managed to solve it ?!?

    Is it possible to contact support for the zyxel air app so they release an updated version with a fix?!?

    I've the same problem with a Samsung smartphone.
