Invalid License

The trial version was working perfectly until the end.

I bought a license for ZyWALL SecuExtender but I have this message "The license key entered was invalid. Please check the name, email address, and license key and try again."

I tried what I saw on some instructions to download the SecuExtender VPN Client, i put my license which worked and is activated. But when I go back the ZyWALL SecuExtender.

I'm on a Mac Sonoma. Please help

    1. Which VPN connection you'd like to use? IPSec or SSL?

    2. Which firewall you're using?

    3. Which license you've bought?

    4. The SecuExtender's version you're using

    According to the information, the available license for version 1.2.6 is "SecuExtender, SSL VPN MAC OS X Client (Not compatible with USG FLEX H Series)."

    We suggest you purchase this license in the Marketplace to fulfill your requirements.

    okay i'm gonna check, it would have been cool when the trial is over and you click on purchase to arrive on the right page with the right license and not have to look for it on the website, then possibly make a mistake.

    How can I have a refund ?
