    What should I do? I don't want to restart everything and add again.

    I already tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling.

    At the time of this writing, our records indicate that your Home 114 site is equipped with NWA50AX and SCR50AXE devices. We're interested in understanding if you're experiencing any issues with the Device tab in your Nebula Mobile App any more?

    Additionally, it's kind to note that if your Device tab displays the message 'There are no devices in your site,' this may be an error and does not necessarily reflect the actual status of the devices at your site. In such cases, it's not required to remove and re-add your devices to Nebula. This could be a temporary display issue, and we suggest checking the network status or refreshing the app before taking any further action or keep the status for our checking.
