Why does switches show as unused and do not appear in devices section?

If you encounter a situation like in the figure below, it indicates that the switch has not been assigned to the designated site.
Device section:
License and inventory:
Solution:
1. Click the checkbox corresponding to your switch.
2. Select "Action" and then choose "Change site assignment".
3. Select the desired site for deployment, and be sure to click the "Save" button to implement the changes.
Verify:
1. You will see that the status has been updated to "In use".
2. Within the device section, the switch will become visible.
