VMG3925-B10C Firmware Upgrade

My Zyxel VMG3925-B10C is locked with this firmware version 5.13(AAVF.10)X4 because it does not have the "Firmware Upgrade" option in the "Maintenance" tab and none of the possible methods is working on it to upgrade its firmware.

I also tried the USB method, and the Command Prompt method but none worked for me.

So is there any way out to revert to the original factory's stock firmware? Thanks
