- Check the Wi-Fi LED status to make sure the mobile router Wi-Fi is on.
- Make sure your Wi-Fi client is within the transmission range of the mobile router.
- Make sure you enter/ choose the correct SSID, password. See the mobile router back label for the default SSID and password if you’ve not adjusted them.
- Make sure your Wi-Fi client is using the same Wi-Fi security type (WPA2-PSK or WPA3-SAE) as the mobile router.
- Make sure the Wi-Fi adapter on your Wi-Fi client is working properly with the latest driver.
