I utilize my home network to access the NAS service via 4G LTE for viewing .mp4 videos. If you're inquiring about alternative file extensions, unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions to offer. I exclusively use .mp4 files.

You've improved your language but given your first reply I said to myself that if you have a hotline of this level without any professionalism I'd get the hell out of this shitty brand, which is what I did by returning my product. I have authorised myself to send your comments and my point of view on the brand to whoever is entitled to it, and the social networks as well.
