Remove devices from myZyxel portal

Hi, I have 3 old NWA1123ACv2 without QR code at the back and I need to migrate them to a different account but it pops up the attached error.
I can see the 3 devices in https://portal.myzyxel.com/my/devices but there seems to be no way to remove them from my accout.
