Network administrators need to find a client that connected to which device when the issue happened. Nebula control center provides two methods to find the specific client.
A. Client page:
Please navigate to the client page > access point/switch/firewall clients. You can check the offline clients from the last 2 hours / 24 hours / 7 days / 30 days.
In addition, all clients can only display offline clients from the last 2 and 24 hours.
B. Topology:
Please navigate to the topology page and configure your display options. Please enable “offline clients” and “show client MAC address” at least to display the clients on the topology.
In addition, site-wide topology only displays clients connected from the last 2 hours.
