Hello
My NSA basically requires a DNS address. He doesn't accept 0.0.0.0.
Why?

You need to specify an IP address for the DNS server.
The 0.0.0.0 might imply 'any' in this field. You can try using other IP addresses available in your region. For example, Google DNS: 8.8.8.80 -
