FWA510 5g Router not working correctly with wifi

Hi

I've purchased a FWA510 5g router for a customer that has to move out of their London office 2 months.

The router its self is working with 4g/5g with mobiles connected via wifi. but when i connect a laptop via wifi i get ACTION NEEDED,NO INTERNET. but i am getting wifi.

APN is set for Vodafone

Do you use latest firmware for the Zyxel Nebula FWA510?

Yes ive now upgraded to the lastest firmware. it now works but if i turn the unit off (Example power cut) i get the no internet message again but like i said internet works.

Just plugged the unit in at the customers new office and it seems to be ok. just worried if someone reboots it am i gonna have a problem?
