Why there’s no any information in the switch port status page?

This problem has two possible situations:

  1. The switch is offline.
    If the switch is offline, Nebula cannot get any port information from the switch. Please check the switch troubleshooting guide to solve the offline problem.
  2. Your organization is under cloud-saving mode.
    Nebula will not get port information when your organization is under cloud-saving mode. Please reference this FAQ to disable the cloud-saving mode.
