Why there’s no any information in the switch port status page?

This problem has two possible situations:
- The switch is offline.
If the switch is offline, Nebula cannot get any port information from the switch. Please check the switch troubleshooting guide to solve the offline problem. - Your organization is under cloud-saving mode.
Nebula will not get port information when your organization is under cloud-saving mode. Please reference this FAQ to disable the cloud-saving mode.
