    May I know what model your switch is? And where did you try to register your switch?

    It's a XGS1250-12 network switch

    Hi @mickypen,

    Thank you for your message. The myZyxel portal is an online service center that allows you to manage subscription services and licenses for your device. However, it can only register devices having a subscription service or license. Unfortunately, the XGS1250-12 does not have a subscription service or license. So, you cannot register it on the myZyxel portal.

    Could you share the reason you want to register your device?
