Why error message "Firmware upgrade error" pop out when I upgrade my switch?

This message "Firmware upgrade error" pop out might be due to:
- The firmware file is not .bin(GS1915 series, GS1920 series, ….etc.)/.bix(GS1900 series).
- The firmware file is not for your switch model.
