With your services successfully active, there are two common conditions that will cause your services to stop running.

  • Expiration of device licenses: If your device’s licenses expired naturally. This is expected as each license that are purchased comes with a time duration.
  • Integration of unlicensed devices: If you add new devices without any applicable licenses into the organization. This is true for organization-type service like the PRO and PLUS pack service.
