Incident Notification
I'm very appreciative for the notifications when there is a service incident. However, it seems very little information is ever shared as to the cause of the incident? Many providers will provide some context or post mortem explaining the disruption. Any chance that could start happening. Being open an honest about issues helps build more trust. Thanks.

Hi@a small world cup,
Many other companies give more details in their notifications, and even do post-mortems to explain what happened.0 -
Hi @Hishuse,
The notifications from our survey companies are similar to ours. Could you share which company's notification you are viewing?
