Bundle GSP license:

The bundled GSP license is non-transferable to other devices, with the exception of cases involving Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and High Availability (HA) Pro scenarios.

Add-on GSP license:

Licenses used by firewalls are model specific. An add-on GSP license you purchased for the ATP can be re-assigned to another ATP100 in another site or organization. However, it is not possible to transfer the ATP100's GSP license to an ATP200 or a USG FLEX 100.
