This looks like your org/site has some problems, but it does not mean Nebula has an incident. Could you enable Zyxel support and let me know your org/site name? I will help to check your issue since this issue.
Please go to Help (identified by a question mark icon at the upper right corner of Nebula portal) > Support Request > Zyxel support Access to enable and save.
