Hi i have the 'DX3301-T0' running firmware 'V5.50(ABVY.2)C0'

ive tried Updating to firmware

• DX3301-T0_5.50(ABVY.3.1)C0
• DX3301-T0_V5.50(ABVY.3.4)C0
• DX3301-T0_5.50(ABVY.4)C0

all downloaded from https://www.zyxel.com/uk/en-gb/support/download?model=dx3301-t0 and every time i get the error of

what am i doing wrong as i know is not ISP custom firmware already installed ?
