Scenario: Why I cannot find the SSID on my smartphone?
Answer:
Check if 6GHz WiFi is enabled for the SSID
Go to Monitor > Devices > Security router, scroll down to status
Go to Configure > Security router > SSID settings, and check if 6 GHz is included in band mode.
If still cannot find the SSID after confirming the SSID setting, please make sure your smartphone uses WiFi 6E network adapter.
