Problem with USG FLEX 100

Hi there, first of all i want to let you know im an amateur user. I got assistance setting up my USG FLEX 100 firewall to use it as a VPN because i was sick of using services like anydesk, so they set it up for me, however the conection speed is unbearable, connection on both sides are acceptable (100 mbps and 20 mbps on the other) but still the connection is unstable and when slow, as an example you can try to open the following static adresses to see how unstable and slow the connection is:

https://45.188.128.182:8080/

http://45.188.128.182:8081/

The VPN is extremely bad as well, you need around 5 minutes to transfer a 100 mb file.

Any suggestions or configurations i need to check? Thanks so much.
