To further assist with your issue, please let us know how you rebooted the AP, and where you clicked on the upgrade, is it the local web GUI? It would be helpful if you could share with us the screenshot of "suggestion page" mentioned above.
Besides, based on your description, we assume that your AP has been offline and couldn't connect to Nebula. To fix it, please follow the FAQ below:
