Hello good afternoon, I have a problem activating my license.

Until now it is in the following state: Deferred ->Queued

    Hi users,

    The current Deferred status of your USG FLEX 200’s Gold Security Pack (GSP) is due to the device still being within the 30-day trial period of the Nebula Pro Pack, which expires on March 25, 2024. Since the GSP includes a Nebula Pro Pack license, activation is pending the conclusion of the trial period. There are two options to activate the GSP:

    1. Wait for the Nebula Pro trial pack to expire on March 25, 2024. The GSP license will automatically activate following this date.
    2. Opt for immediate activation of the GSP by revoking the Nebula Pro trial pack. To proceed with this option, please provide the MAC address and serial number of your USG FLEX 200 by navigating to 'My Account' > 'Message', and we will assist with the revocation process.
