If you've switched accounts and wish to delete your old myZyxelCloud account, this FAQ will guide you through the process.
- Open the Multy App > Navigate to Settings > Delete Account.
- Confirm Deletion: Tap on Continue to proceed with your deletion request.
- Provide Account Details: Complete the form by entering your account name and any other relevant information, then submit the form.
