How can I change Organization and Site for a Device?

At License & inventory> we can change the device from other organization to other site.

Please make sure the account privilege is admin or delegate and has been added to the administrator list of other targeted organizations.

Tick the checkbox in front of the device and then select "Change organization".

After that can select the organization that you would like to transfer, you can also keep the interface setting if you want.
