Email notificatons

Hi everyone new to this, I have tried to search but couldn't find the result.

I am using a Zyxel VMG1312-T20B

I have successfully managed to add an email account to the router to be able to send log reports. All working well.

What I want to do if possible is just to receive an email when the internet goes down, is this possible and if so how do I set it up? I don't want any other information just that the internet is down and then I can check in on my stuff and make sure the backup router (separate router) has kicked in,

Maybe you could try configure this device and test to only receive email when the internet goes down.
