If the AP is powered via PoE and it doesn’t allocate enough power it requires, the AP might reduce the number of active antennas. Ensure your AP has enough power to transmit wireless signal.
Further trouble shooting steps:
1. Check Nebula AP List Page: Verify the radio channel and channel utilization for the 5GHz network. If the 5GHz signal fails, the corresponding column will be empty.
2. Utilize Signal Scanning Tools: Employ tools like inSSIDer or Ekahau (Windows), Wi-Fi Analyzer (Android), or Airport Utility (iOS) to confirm the absence of a signal.
3. Collect Diagnostic Information: Before rebooting the AP, gather diagnostic information to aid in troubleshooting.
