internet lights is green but not working

hi i have modem del1312-t10b

after config internet lights turn to green and everything look good but when i connect to the modem with laptop or phone say you won't connect to internet i try wifi and cable but nothing work

It looks like this is very old modem, maybe you can try to check the internet status, nat status or factory reset default and config modem again.

tnx but i do everything update firmware and reset factory and config again everything normal but wont connect to the internet
