Objective:

To collect diagnostic information from a Zyxel AP managed by an AP controller, you will need to use the controller's web interface.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Log into the AP Controller's Web GUI.
2. Navigate to Maintenance > Diagnostics > Diagnostics tab > AP tab.
3. Move the AP for which you need to collect the diagnostic file from the "Available APs" column to the "Selected AP" column.
4. At the bottom of the page, click the "Collect Now" button.
5. A pop-up window will appear showing the progress of the collection. Once the process is complete, click "Download" to save the diagnostic information.
