How to resolve Mobile Router stability issues?
When mobile router internet connectivity stops several times in a period at certain location, it appears the router may be experiencing stability issues. Here are a few steps we can start with to diagnose and potentially resolve the issue:
1. Environmental Factors: Make sure the router is in a signal covered area and not signal dead spots if you observed the signal of your device is not very good.
2. Maintenance Schedule: As a temporary measure, setting up a scheduled restart a day might help maintain stability by allowing the device to reconnect to the base station daily.
The device has a mechanism to re-find the connection, but it may take different times depending on the environmental signal conditions. Even establishing on a worse performance channel in order to restore the connection. By combining the above two methods, we hope to help the machine have a more stable connection.
