I cannot connect to the internet on my Nebula FAW510 router

    Hi @Johnzie ,

    Could you confirm the color of the Cellular Signal Strength light located in the middle? Is it blue (indicating good signal) or green (indicating medium signal)?

    If the light is red, it signifies poor signal (steady red) or no signal (blinking red), which would result in no internet connection for your FWA510. In this case, please check the SIM card—it might be improperly configured, expired, need reinsertion, or be missing altogether.

    Additionally, if you're using a specific APN, ensure that the information is entered correctly on the local GUI. Remember, the fields are case-sensitive, so make sure the [Caps Lock] key is not activated.
