When the Internet light on your mobile router is red, it indicates that there is no Internet connection. To begin troubleshooting, you can:
- Confirm the color of the Cellular Signal Strength light (located in the middle with FWA510 as example)?
If the light is red, it signifies poor signal (steady red) or no signal (blinking red), which would result in no internet connection for your mobile router. In this case, please check the SIM card—it might be improperly configured, expired, need reinsertion, or be missing altogether.
- If you're using a specific APN, ensure that the information is entered correctly on the local GUI. Remember, the fields are case-sensitive, so make sure the [Caps Lock] key is not activated.
