C3000Z unable to change Remote GUI Management settings

I have a C3000Z from Centurylink running firmware CZD005-4.16.011.0 and I'm unable to change the Remote GUI settings.

If I Enable, I see the fields for admin username, password, and port. However, no matter what I enter into these fields, they get reset to the defaults after I click the Apply button and it reports that it's saving the settings.

How can I get this to work?

I tried that already, Centurylink couldn't address the problem.
