How to move my device from the original organization to another?

Please follow the steps below to move your device(s) from the original organization to another.

  1. Please navigate to Menu > License & Inventory > Devices tab. Find the device you want to move and click the action button > Change organization. image.png
  2. If you want to move multiple devices, please select the devices and click the Action button on the top. image.png
  3. Choose the organization you want to move to and click finish to move the device(s). If you want to keep the interface settings, please remember to select the option "Keep device interface setting when moving the other org." image.png
