Resolve the issue as "Continue with Apple" Sign-In Failure

When you encounter this screen, it indicates a failure in using the Continue with Apple feature.

This issue arises because you opted to hide your email address during the sign-in process. A Zyxel Account requires your email address to send system notifications and verify your information when you report issues.

To complete the registration of your Zyxel Account, please follow revoke the website authorization in Apple, and then choose to share your email when using Continue with Apple. For detailed instructions, please refer to the steps below:

  1. Go to the Apple management portal (

2. Click on “Sign in” at the top right corner.

3. Log into your Apple Account.

4. After logging in, click on “Sign in with Apple”.

5. In the pop-up window, select “Zyxel Account”.

6. Choose “Stop using Sign in with Apple”.

7. Select “Stop using”.

8. Retry signing in with “Continue with Apple”.

9. Enter your Apple ID and password to log in.

10. Choose 'Share My Email' and click “Continue”

11. Login successful. You can view your profile here.
