If your mobile router fails to connect to Nebula, please ensure the following:
- Check if your mobile router is supported by your Nebula organization. Some versions may not be compatible. Verify that your router can be added to your Nebula organization.
- Verify if your mobile router's firmware is updated to the Nebula version. Refer to this FAQ to confirm if your firmware is compatible with Nebula.
- If there are devices connected to the WAN port of your mobile router, ensure that firewall rules permit access to d.nebula.zyxel.com on ports 4443 and 6667, as well as allowing traffic to *.nebula.zyxel.com on port 443. For detailed instructions, refer to the Nebula page > Help > Firewall information.
By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues between your mobile router and Nebula.
