How to create ticket through Marketplace?

If you encounter a problem with the licenses, orders, and payment, follow the path below to create a ticket to reach Zyxel Support's help!

Step 1: Navigate to the "Help" button at the upper right corner, and choose "Contact Us"

Step 2: Please fill in the order ID share you're questions and the screenshot(nice to have) with us, and click "Send Message"

Step 3: You'll see a notice to let you know the ticket is created successfully.

And then, you can check the records through "Message History."

Here you can see the ticket you've raised through Marketplace.

After click the ticket number, system will display the detail of the ticket.
