Please follow the below steps to fix the radio bandwidth, you can ensure your managed AP operates on the desired radio bandwidth, enhancing network performance and stability according to your requirements.

  1. Navigate to Nebula >> Configure >> Access points >> Radio settings
  2. Scroll down the page to the AP list part, and single tap on the AP which you want to configure the fixed band bandwidth with.
  3. In the Channel width option, select the bandwidth you prefer to configure manually.
  4. Click the Update and Save button to keep the modification.

*Note: Please note that larger bandwidth allows for faster data transmission, which is great for streaming, gaming, and multiple devices but can be costly and impacted by more wireless interference possibilities. Smaller bandwidth is more affordable and sufficient for basic tasks like browsing and email but may struggle with high-demand activities and multiple connections. It's recommended to balance your needs and bandwidth budget according to your environmental conditions and requirements.
