Cannot reach Management console of XGS1210-12 on Mac

Couldn't find a forum for the XGS series, so I posted here. Please feel free to move this post.
I just got an XGS1210-12 and have installed it in my home office. It seems to function as designed but I cannot reach it at its IP number (currently showing as 192.168.178.20). Tried to change the IP to 192.168.178.200 via my Fritzbox 6690 management console, bc. .20 is used by the WiFi of my MBP, but it doesn't seem to want to accept this change.
Since I couldn't find a Mac version of the Zyxel ZON utility for Mac, I am wondering how I can "find" its management console. Anyone have any experience/advice for a Mac user like me?
I am on an MBP M3 Max running macOS Sonoma 14.5.
FYI, I previously had a QNAP managed switch at 192.168.178.200 and could reach its console without any problem.
Any ideas how to trouble-shoot this issue?
