Your Nebula account provides access to organizations containing private network analytics and security policies.

The Nebula Control Center allows each organization to set an idle timeout policy that automatically logs out idle user accounts. This policy also applies to all administrator accounts accessing your organization-wide or site-wide pages.

An account is considered idle when:

  • The user account must be logged in and currently browsing a page under an organization.
  • The user account does not modify any settings on the browsed page.
  • The user account does not change to another page in that same organization.

The path to configure:

Organization-wide > Organization setting> Security

Options:

  • OFF (default): User accounts will not be automatically logged out.
  • ON: User accounts will be automatically logged out after a specified period of inactivity.
