Creating a user with restricted access to only their organization and specific sites in the Nebula Control Center (NCC) involves configuring user roles and permissions appropriately. This ensures that the user can manage their designated organization and sites without accessing other parts of the network that they are not authorized to view or control.

We can allow the specific user account to access the specific sites but the organzation privilege is only read-only, the setting would like following figure.
