Ability to customize country code after setup via Wizard

In response to the requirements raised by user @mMontana, we propose allowing the editing of the device’s country code in the web configurator interface even after the initial setup via the wizard. Additionally, we propose enabling the editing of other parameters in the web configurator that can also be set up through the wizard.
