How to Use Ping Tools in Zyxel AP live tool on Nebula
If you are facing issues with using Ping tools in Zyxel Networking products, here are some common questions and answers:
Question 1: Ping button issues
Issue 1a: When switching from pinging one client (IPA) to another (IPB), the ping button might not work correctly, requiring you to press the delete button first. If you don't press delete, the ping button won't work directly.
Issue 1b: Even though the above issue exists, you can press the play button below to start collecting data directly, resulting in data from two different IPs overlapping on the same chart.
Question 2: Display accuracy
For data points showing less than 1ms, they appear as 1ms on the chart but not as a flat line, potentially misleading users. Zyxel Networking team is working on addressing this in the 18.00 release by adjusting the UIX design.
