I have Nebula Professional Pack on all devices, but the organization stays in Base Pack

Assume all the Nebula devices within an organization contain at least one Plus/Pro pack license, please follow the steps in the post below to use the "Upgrade now" button to upgrade the organization from Base to Plus or from Base to Pro.
