Why pop-up message as "Can't find device" when add new AP to Nebula?

The message as "Can't find the device" when add new AP to Nebula generally due to typing error:

  1. Entering wrong MAC address
  2. Entering wrong serial number

Please fill in the MAC address & serial number information on the sticker label sticked on your devices, if the issue persist after check, please further contact local support for further investigation.

*** You can further try use Nebula APP QR code to add the device to Nebula
