How to Troubleshoot Disconnection Issues on Zyxel Nebula AP

If your Zyxel Nebula AP is experiencing disconnection issues, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Verify that the AP's uplink port LED is steadily lit.
- Unplug the cable from the AP's uplink port and connect it to a laptop to check if the laptop can obtain an IP address and browse the internet.
- If the laptop gets an IP address, connect the AP and laptop to the same switch and use ZON Utility to scan the AP.
