I've heard that all USG Flex models as of April 15 have the pro pack active for 1 year free; I activated the USG Flex 50 model firewall on May 15 but the pro pack was activated only as a trial. How can I redeem the license for 1 year ?

Our firewall devices come in two types: bundled and non-bundled. Bundled devices include a 30-day free trial and a 1-year license, while non-bundled devices only come with a 30-day free trial.

If your device is non-bundled, it will not include a 1-year license, only the 30-day trial.

To determine if your device is bundled or non-bundled, check the sticker on the box. If it shows <model name>-<device standard>0101F, it is a non-bundled device. If it shows 0102F, it is a bundled device.

Additionally, could you please share with us where you received the information regarding the 1-year free pro pack for all USG Flex models activated after April 15?
