DX3301-T0 EasyMesh or not?
Hi
I've spent four hours being bounced between my ISP, TP Link and Zyxel support. I have a DX3301-T0 as my main router and my ISP has sent me two TP Link HX220 as wifi extenders. According to the support bot on Zyxel, my router offers EasyMesh, but looking at the settings page for my DX3301-T0, I can't see this. I can only see MPro Mesh (which is enabled). TP Link say EasyMesh is required to enable my HX220s to be used as part of a mesh system, but I can't see anywhere to switch on EasyMesh in my router settings?? Am I missing something? I'm UK based, so apologies if my product names are different to what it might be elsewhere globally. @Zyxel_CSO

I think you should install the mPro Mesh app first to install the EasyMesh devices …

Thanks @Peter2 - that's a big help and seems to have worked. My only follow up query would be: I've managed to pair up the first of my two HX220s using the app. I have not plugged the second one in yet, so no risk my Zyxel router has seen it. But for some reason the first HX220 is showing up as two devices (see screen grab from iphone). Could that be because it's seeing one 5g and one 2.4g device in one and the same unit? If it is that reason, why will it allow me to rename one instance, but not the other (I keep getting a timeout message).
Just about to try and set up the second HX220.
