Newest modem Firmware for NR5101 5G Router

Hello, i read that somewhere i have to write Zyxel Support to get the newest Modem Firmware for my NR5101 5G Router. On the Download page there is only an outdated version "RG502QEAAAR11A03M4G" available. Can you please provide Firmware?

But my question is why you need to upgrade you modem FW, is there an issue on your NR5101?

Hello, unfortunately this Form of request is outdated, it will inform to use the EOL Page https://webservice.zyxel.com/end-of-life-us

But there are only old Firmware's available, thats bit disappointing for a brand like Zyxel. Any other chance to get updated Firmware ?
